Howard was born on June 16, 1925 and passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017.

Howard was a resident of Wallingford, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He was a World War II Navy Veteran, retired as a foreman from Allegheny Ludlum Steel Co. in Wallingford, CT. and spent 20 years wintering in Reddington, FL where he was able to continue to hone his passion for golf and spend quality time with his family and large group of friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend A Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 10 am directly at Church of the Resurrection, 115 Pond Hill Road, Wallingford. Burial in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford will be private. There are no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday November 14, 2017, 10:00 AM at Church of the Resurrection.
