Tribute & Message From The Family

Jesse L. Pasker, 71, of Bloomfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Newport News, VA to the late Mary Lou Pasker and Thomas DeBreaux, he lived in Manchester and Windsor for many years before settling in Bloomfield. An Army Vet, Jesse served his country proudly and with honor during the Vietnam War. Jesse was a handsome, quick-witted, and hardworking insurance broker with a no nonsense demeanor, acerbic mischievous wit, and indelible spirit. He loved those closest to him fiercely and without limits, and he will be dearly missed. Jesse is survived by his children, Jennifer “Tish” Gary of Hyattsville, MD, Michael Powell of Windsor, CT, Kendra Pasker of Los Angeles, CA, and Ebony “Star” Solanke of Norfolk, VA; a brother Joseph Pasker (Daisy), as well as nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at The Lodge, located at 130 Deerfield Rd, Windsor, with a Viewing at 1pm and Service to start at 2:15 pm on Saturday March 10th. Jesse will receive a military burial at a later date.

Condolence & Memory Journal

If I tell you there is cheese on the moon...don't ask me how I know...just take your crackers and go up there...those words ring in my ears because that was one of Jesse favorite sayings!

Jesse was in our wedding...he has traveled to New Jersey to play cards with my family...he most recently came by our home after not having contact for a few years, to do what cards...

Jesse is one of those people who you only have to meet once...and will never forget.

Rest in Heaven (RIH).

You will be dearly missed

My heart was saddened when I got the call that Jesse passed away. Jesse had a zest for life, he knew how to have a good time and have fun with his friends. I will cherish all the good times we had at the Carpe Diem. I also appreciated you as my insurance agent. You will truly be missed. But, I have memories that will bring a smile to my face and laughter to my soul. You always kept us laughing.

Rest In Peace my friend!
