Condolence & Memory Journal

I was a member of the church in Deep River; and Audrey and I shared the same career as Church Secretaries - she in Deep River and I in Killingworth at the Congregational Church there. We would frequently attend things together that were provided by the Connecticut Conference; and got to know many other Church Secretaries in Connecticut through those events. She attended some of the "Dolly Tea Parties" that I had at my house; and we enjoyed being together no matter what the occasion. I am so sorry to learn of her passing; and my heart goes out to all who knew and loved her - especially
the members of her family - and Tim Haut who shared the church ministry with her. They were a great team! In Christian love, Claire

Our condolences to the entire Taber family. Will always remember Audrey's warm smile and helpful ways - especially as our church secretary. Feeling that Cliff was waiting with open arms!

My deepest sympathy to Tom, Donna, Nancy and Geoff on the loss of your mom... One of the sweetest most wonderful person I've had the privilege if knowing and spending time with. There will always be wonderful memories of yacht club, Coast Guard Aux and Power Squadron events with my mom , dad Cliff and Audrey. They are all together again in a different place. Much love! Donna

Years ago when I was a little girl, Miss Welda, her Son Evvy, my brother Mark, and my mother would go to Mrs. Tabor' s home to pick up Tommy and Nancy so we all could go ice skating on the pond up their street. Mrs. Tabor was a warm and congenial mom, often I wished she was my mom. Good memories from so long ago! My heart goes out to all of her family with deepest sympathy.
