Harold was born on September 13, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018.

Harold was a resident of Bristol, Connecticut at the time of passing.

Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, then moving to Hartford, Harold graduated from Hartford High School.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 at the Plantsville Congregational Church, 109 Church St., Plantsville. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville. Visitation at the Plantsville Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on February 8, 2018.

In lieu of flowers of flowers, donations in Harold's memory may be made to Animal Friends of Connecticut (AFOC) Box 370306, West Hartford, CT 06137-0306.

Dear family of Harry Banks... My deepest sympathy... My dad Bob Lapointe, Harry and David were best friends many years ago... Wonderful memories. They're together again. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time.
