Condolence & Memory Journal

God bless you and your family Barbara. Frank was a good man, and did a lot for me and my family. I know he was an integral part of me getting my job at Gamus, and I would not be where I am today without that. He will be fondly remembered by myself, my family, and friends. Rest in peace Frank! Your Friend, Mark Marvin

My dear sweet brother-in-law we've been through the best of times and we've seen the worst too, but the way I will always remember you is the guy with the big heart! As the middle child, you thought you always had to fix everyone's problems and often you did. You wanted to feel needed and loved and you were by so many. You would literally give away your prize possession if you felt someone needed it more than you. Your mind was a busy place and you felt deeply and love even more. What a wonderful legacy you have left behind. Your niece and nephew will miss you terribly as they termed you and Barb as the "ones who understood." Thank you for supporting them and being their hero! I will forever be grateful for the memories we all shared. Your Florida house and visiting NASA to our sleepover for open mike night. You livened up the crowd and made Annie so proud of herself. Our tag sale and watching you and your canary sing the national anthem. You loved kids and it showed whenever you were around them. I'm hoping you are sitting in God's garden under a beautiful tree on a warm spring day talking with Mickey Mantle, drinking a beer, and listening to Neil Diamond sing Sweet Caroline. Josephine is probably cooking up a pasta dinner so you can sit with all our loved ones once again and eat with your mapeen draped across your chest. I know you weren't really ready to go, but God needed you home. Looking back over the last few months, you were slowing down. The days were becoming harder and you were growing more restless so now you are at peace. Your body and mind are free from illness and your soul can be worry free. Don't worry, the kids and I won't forget Barbara, Melody, Angelo, Karissa, and Michael. It's easy to love them! I wish you Godspeed until we meet again!

Thinking of you Barbara,
A part of you has died and has gone with Frank forever. When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure, a lifeline to his heart. So remember, wherever he goes, you go also, united in love.
in my prayers & heart,
