I first met Jeff when I moved to Killingworth, I was 12 and he was 13. His sister Linda was the first person that invited me to her house and we became best friends. i just cant believe this. Im so sorry for the Cook families loss(and for all of us friends of which there were many). He will be missed for sure. He wasa such a kind man.
